  • Peristaltic pump settings (Ross Gibson)

This is a quick reference to know what your cleaner out put should be on your K+, ION, or Walker. Ross explains it well.

Battery Machines (Ion, Walker) Test = 25-30mils
AC machine with AC Cleaner Pump (Kustodian Plus Model A) Test = 25-30 mils
AC machine with DC Cleaner Pump Test (Kustodian Plus Model B)= 10-12 mils
AC machine with DC Cleaner Pump (latest Kustodian Plus Model B machines or machines that have load resistor mod fitted to board) Test = 20 mils

ALL these machines put out the same volume on the lane, it is only the test that differs which is to do with the acceleration curve of the voltage to the pump.

If you have any doubt, a quick call to Kegel with your machine serial number and they will tell you what you have.
