Besides rebuilding that assembly, you can try spraying WD40 on the latch bushings, gently tap it with a hammer a few times, and manually operate it seceral times to work the lube in there and free it up. Usually the bushings dry up and they get stic

I am afraid to weld anything, its just scary and I'm not that good at it anyway. For me, because of the fear factor and the potential danger, I just don't weld.

I just knew that information would come in handy to someone.. Hope this solves your problem. Of course the Poly-Vee Kits come with a 1" pulley, the 1 5/8" pulley is 53-520159-000 Poly V Sheave (1-5/8" Dia.) They are not cheap either..

I think the new Bruns CC belts are good now since they came up with the latest design but I'm wondering if they use silicone release agent during molding because the first set I ever got, I had problems with after cleaning with ST-21 (never happens)

thank u bill. checked shaft, doesn't look bent. i'm looking closer to see what i can find. wondering if maybe latch itself bent??? but I can't see that happening. although ya never know

I would set the unwind time to 9 or 10 when you install a new roll. This should solve your problem, however you will use more cloth than before.

We clean the foul lines, 10 inches from the line itself and clear it from oil, we sign off to say we've done it, so that if anyone does slip, we can take photos showing that we've followed procedure. We had one woman fall over half way down a lane,

Mark, This is the reason why I was sent these belts, Ive had a lane chew up 2 backend stator motors. The belt that was on did seem a bit tight so I changed it for a longer one in hopes that it will stop it. If not then im guessing its a collapsed bea
