  • Magic Score Question [odd behavior]

Hi, We have a 24 lane magic score system that works great. A sort of weird thing has been happening now and again. Sometimes, when removing the scores in league mode, the scoring arrows only come back up on one lane of the pair. This has been happening to us during some tournament events where a squad bowls in the morning (with no problem), the lanes are switched off and then back on in league mode, for the second squad. During the 2nd squad, a couple of lane pairs (out of 12) have this problem. Arrows only come up on one lane. You can get the other arrows to come up by pushing the bowler button--and this is what we have to do. But something is going on and I would like to figure it out.

We have the single board lane pair system, with an Advantage-lite back office computer. The lane pairs are running the 1.07 software version. This problem doesn't seem specific to particular lane pairs--just here and there across the house.

Does anyone remember anything like this when they had or still have Magic Score.
