There is unistrut across the house suspended about 1 foot above the ceiling tile. The monitor hanging chain is thrown over that unistrut and hooked with a quick link. Add a turnbuckle if micro-fine height adjusting is required.
Putting the flat metal piece next to the monitor back changed the tilt. To add more tilt, insert a bolt/washer through the chain into a unistrut nut - length of bolt changes tilt.
And yes, the chain to the bottom is just a safety link.

Well getting ready to do an upgrade in here Ted from VDB's to QScore with the 3QT's and we have been told we cant put the computer on the back of the monitors. We need to run new electric service to the curtain wall.
Might have to so this picture to someone (my boss)

With Qscore, the only thing on the back of the monitors is the receiver to change the cat 5 cables from the lane computer on the curtain wall to S-video, sound and the control cable. It's about 5" x 3" x 1". It can be wire tied onto the bracketing. If you buy your own monitors, you won't get the control cable and will have to use the remote.

Thanks Ted. Took your idea and made this bracket for a custom Steltronic install. Lanes are in what was originally an old 12 lane center. Center closed, and building was converted for office space. However, they left lanes 7 & 8 in the center of the building, surrounded by offices and cubicles. Monitors are a 43"-70"-43" combination.
