  • VECTOR POS HANGS UP

    Hello,
I need some help with hanging up POS on my Vector payment screen.
I have some (3) transactions that I can't even click on, because POS is hanging up. All new finished transactions I can finish.
Any help how can i finish them?

Have you tried just to shut down the Vector program and see if that'll unlock it? If not that, then a CTRL/ALT/DEL and force close through the Task Manager would be another option.....

Yes, I've tried that many times, and that's the only way to close POS window for now, but its irritating to close this POS window every time when I misleadingly click one of those three hanging transactions. Moreover when i get new finished transactions I have no problem to close it, and press subtotal, only in those three conditions I can't get rid of :/
