    Ted thanks for the help. Changing lanes.idx and lanes.dat did the trick. Felix tanks for the number. Hopefully we never have to use it. LOL

    Tried your suggestion after closing tonight and it did replace the files with new ones, but problem still remains.

    Might have to delete a file in the database so it rebuilds so that lane status is cleared. In the data folder, rename the lanegroups.idx to lanegroups.id_ and then rename lanegroups.dat to lanegroups.da_. then restart the server then the P-desk. These files should rebuild when restarted and be clean.

    Accuscore with Purrfect Desk. Have one pair of lanes that we cannot clear to give out again, it keeps giving "cannot find group info" when you try to turn off either lane. We have cold started CWC several times and rebooted Purrfect Desk system several times. Problem originated on lanes 9-10 and desk transferred to the end of line lanes 31-32 and problem moved, so I think it is in Purrfect Desk. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.
