    turned on vdb's today after being off for 3 months and one pair shows error 5 which comes on immediately after power up,anybody got a clue what to look for,thanks

      I did the upload but nothing changed,I'll try manually unplugging vdb then plugging back in when I get there this morning, I'll report back with results,thanks

        Could be a dead internal battery, but that is normally an error 1. The manual says its a Program check fail (as are errors 1,2,3,4) Reloading program should do it but every loss of power will end up throwing the error. We just replaced all of our batteries last month.

          hi gents, my over head moniter has started to display #error 5 just wondering if any one did find the solution to the problem before i start to pull my hair out,many thanks
