    USBC COACHING CERTIFICATION
CONFERENCE SET FOR JUNE 3-5 IN LANCASTER, OHIO

GREENDALE, Wis. - The United States Bowling Congress Coaching Program will hold a Bronze level coaching certification conference June 3-5 at Tiki Lanes, 1521 Tiki Lane in Lancaster, Ohio.

The three-day Bronze level seminar - which begins the evening of Friday, June 3 with registration and brief classroom activities - is an intermediate certification level designed for individuals who wish to further their coaching education. The course will cover the theory and science of teaching, fine-tuning the physical game, lane conditions and adjustments, the mental game, bowling ball components, dynamics of ball motion, videotaping, video analysis and giving a lesson.

To register for this conference, download a registration form from USBCCoaching.com or call USBC Coaching at (800) 514-BOWL, ext. 3206 or 3329.

The registration fee for Bronze conferences is $245.

The USBC Coaching Program offers three core levels of certification for coaching: Level 1, Bronze and Silver. The prerequisite for attending the Bronze class is successful completion of the USBC Coaching Level 1 course or past Young American Bowling Alliance Level 1 certification. Bronze certification must be completed as a prerequisite to participation in the Silver conference.

The finest instructors in the United States teach the USBC Coaching certification conferences, which train and certify coaches to teach the sport of bowling. The seminars also provide opportunities to learn from and network with these renowned instructors.

USBC Coaching is the only coaching program for bowling recognized by the United States Olympic Committee.

“Bowlers of all ages can use quality instruction from trained coaches,” said USBC Coaching Director Bob Maki. “You have the passion and desire to help others. Let our team further develop your coaching skills and knowledge.”

For a complete listing of the 2005 USBC Coaching certification conference schedule or for more information about the program, visit USBCCoaching.com or call (800) 514-BOWL, ext. 3206.
