  • Looking to Lease/Purchase a Bowling Center

Hello, I am actively looking for current proprietors who are considering selling their ten-pin centers in the next one to three years. I am primarily interested in a lease/option-to-buy type situation, but am open to a purchase agreement. Ideally, I am looking for 16-32 lane centers, but won't turn down a larger center if the opportunity/business potential is right.

I am most interested in bowling centers in the mid-south (TN, KY, Northern GA, NC, SC, lower VA)- but am open to the Deep-South, Midwest and Great Plains regions as well.

If interested, either private message me here or email me at southerntenpininvestments@gmail.com. Let's discuss this in greater detail.

    - A/P
