  • 22 ips speed issue on my Phoenix-C

Just picked up a very nice used red box Phoenix-C. But have a speed issue with this thing. I can get all the speeds adjusted correctly except #4 which is the 22 ips. I replaced the speed control board with a brand new one. Same thing. Also replaced the speed pot board. Same thing. The adjustment doesn’t even move when I turn the pot. Just stays around 10. What else controls the speeds on this machine?

sounds to me like a bad relay in the output card.
