  • century 100 drive wheel

I have a century 100,the drive wheel coating is peeling off and I need to change it.This looks like a major task unless I'm missing the obvious, what is the easiest way to do this.

no easy way of doing that job, i replaced one on a 300, took 2 days, you have to take out whole drive assembly.

Can you replace just the drive wheels or do you have to replace drive assembly? I have one doing the same thing.

Yes, you can change just the wheels.
There are set screws on the sides of the aluminum hub.

The whole drive shaft and pillow block bearing assy has to be removed to change the drive wheels.
The drive motor and chain will need to be removed also to get the shaft out of the machine.
