  • omega tek problem

i am installing some 70s with omegatek boards into a center. the trouble i am having is when the machine is cycled by either the rear pbc or the ball return cycle button the sweep contactor will not fully engage. the contactor hums as if it isnt getting a full 24v supply. once the cycle starts it runs ok. also if i cycle it using the sb then it runs ok. the boards have a 1989 date on them.

hi guys, finally found the problem. it ended up being the managers control panel at control was conflicting with the otek board. I spoke to Graeme at tenpintec and he told me of a similar problem when the otek board was used with the amf liu. I disconnected the managers control and all is good now.
