  • Carpet belt climbes over the front roller

I have a problem with my carpet crawling over the edge of the front roller on the ball door side.
It´s a brand new carpet, I have changed the supports on both sides.
Is it too much tension on one side or is the bounce plate to high ?
    Any suggestions ?
Feels crap to destroy a new carpet.

Did you replace the front roller bracket springs?

Arrow on carpet ? Arrow should point to the rear

Yes, I flipped the front roller, The Carpet belt arrow is ok but i will try to replace the bracket springs.

Maybe i shall also check the front roller and see if that is ok.
          Thank You so far.

If you don't find anything obvious, Stahl's has a cone spring to pull the carpet away. Did you have any problems before? and what carpet and what parts were changed?

Glad you got it fixed. I have had front roller bracket spring problems that have caused that. Always a good place to check when having this issue.
