  • T Band

relplaced original t band with white One from North Star... like I’ve done dozens of times... this time i believe the t band may be short, i can’t get the tension springs on the tracking bolts. Has anyone experienced this before

I would get North Star looped in on this if you haven't already.

I've had a few belts that seemed tighter, but I normally use a pin fork right behind the bearing block between the block and the t belt frame, then pull down on the fork which forces the bearing block out far enough for me to get the washers, spring, and a nut on to the threaded rod.
