  • Stroke limiter solenoid not engaging

As the title says I have a lane that will not engage the stroke limiter solenoid. I have GS-96. The machine does not give any error codes. When cycled, everything works correctly, table detects pins, then clears old pins. Loads pins no problem, but when table lowers to set the pins the solenoid does not engage to allow the holders to swing. When table down, holders open to release pins but of course do not set because of no swing. I have checked and there is no voltage at the plug for the solenoid. Its like the signal for the solenoid to energise is missing.

    Any help greatly appreciated.
If it ain't broke don't fix it

Go to the output from the control box and see if there is voltage there. Check inside the box to see if there is a burnt component on a card.
