I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want pressurized hydraulic oil anywhere in the building. I've been present for a backhoe and a trackmobile blowing hydraulic lines, and that was a miserable mess to clean up even outside.

Bowl Mor made also pinsetters for rubber band duckpins, 10 pin, and in the sixties they build a few prototypes of freefall ninepin pinsetters for two kinds of pins in one set (one king pin and eight normal pins).

Translated to english using google chrome browser:
Is your bowling ready for the future?

Active Bowling Products, in collaboration with D & K Electronics and NGT-Bowling, is at the beginning of revolutionary innovations in the field of bowling equipment! We proudly present the AirOsetter line, which has proved to be the ideal solution for replacing the somewhat old-fashioned bowling equipment. The AirOsetter line is in fact driven entirely by air pressure! By only a maximum of 3 bar, the complete bowling machine, the ball lift and the power lift can be driven! With the installation of the AirOsetter line, your bowling installation is ready for a sustainable future!

After development and a test phase of two years, in which the machine has passed a simulated operation of a period of 25 years without problems, the AirOsetter is now ready to prove its service to the bowling operator. The sophisticated pneumatic technology combined with high technology electronics make the AirOsetter the most advanced energy-efficient pinsetter at the moment. In addition, the moving parts and the necessary duration of operation are limited to a minimum, so that wear is very small and limited to the cord and the bowling pins.

Because the entire bowling installation (pinsetters and ball treatment equipment) functions on air, there is no longer any need for unnecessary power consumption. This also makes the fixed electrical installation in the bowling center much easier. Upgrading to the AirOsetter line brings the following benefits for you.

I have a manual for the Bowl-Mor rubberband duckpin pinsetter. Wonder if any of those machines are still in service? There are two lifts, one with scoops, one with overhead hooks. Here are some scans,
