  • Black outs from #8 pin under turret frame?

hey guys quick question wondered if anyone else is, across this and maybe how to fix it
Sometimes a lane will be blacked out because the head of the #8 pin was caught under the turret frame as the deck came back up at 0°.
The chute is orientated the correct way, rollers are good and chute isn't cracking either.
     Any ideas?

My thoughts exactly if the pin is in the chute and not astray.

Check Bucket orientation, turret wire adjustment, and Do NOT use white deck rollers in the 8 & 9 pin spots.

We only have the blue ZOT or black rollers, but whats wrong with the white rollers?

Every so often, the 8 or 9 pin will "Bounce" back UP if they hit the white roller just the right way. The pin then catches the spoons and prevents them from re-locking. You now get two or more 8 pins, sometimes two 7 pins if they fall far enough. The spoons will re-lock after depositing a few 8 pins in the bucket and you never know why you have an 8 pin jam. Due to the angle the pins enter all the other pin buckets, the white ones do not present a problem at those positions.
