could the allyn head set screws pn # 11-100915-001 for the xwasher pin inside of the deck hook link pn # 12-100054-000 need a little fine tuning like the bottom one is in to far and not allowing the hook to drop down over the post like it should on second ball or something like that??

Iwent in because they said they had a machine that started to sweep standingpins, and would then set a new deck. But not always the same pins.
