      Working on catering equipment is vile. Even if it does look clean on the outside you find layers of grease inside, and as soon as it gets on your hands you can't hold anything tightly.

        My question is how did you actually clean it? most fights grease/grease cutting products would throw up the white flag in defeat trying to get through that gelatinous ooze.
        When you know what to do, everything is easy.

          Here are the after pictures . Zep Formula 50 , Razor blade and elbow grease . Not perfect but much better . Click image for larger version
