MGC Chatbox Evo v3.3.0 by MGC © 2008-2012
General help
The MGC Chatbox Evo is really easy to use

You can :
  1. Send chats : you just have to enter the text in the dedicated input field and then to validate it by pushing the return key ou by clicking on the OK button.
  2. Format the chats :
  3. once you un-collapse the chatbox formatting toolbar by clicking on the BBCode button, you have access to different formatting options for your chats. You can format a chat by selecting a part (or the totality) of it and then select one of the buttons/list. You can also add empty formatting tags by selecting nothing and clicking one of the buttons/menu thus allowing you to add the chat text afterwards between these tags.*
  4. Access to the different channels : you can have access to different channels restricted to only some usergroupds or for specifics use of the chatbox. The different channels are accessible from the buttons on the left of the chatbox.*
  5. Edit your chats (or others chats) : the edition of a chat can be done by a simple double-click on it.*
  6. Use specific commands : some commands can be accessible in the chatbox depending on the will of the administrator(s) of your forum. These commands let you execute specific actions of formatting, management, etc... You will herebelow the information on the command which are accessible to you. You must notice that you are not forced to use the command prefixes (/command_name) when you use them in the channel they are attached to (except in the general channel).*
* : Depending on the settings chosen by the administrator(s) of the forum, you might not have access to all these features.

The New Walker is still "learning" it stalls on the lane because it hasn't lined up on every approach yet. My biggest question so far is regarding a PBA pattern. The 2011-2012 Shark pattern has some weird loads that my machine doesn't like. I know that I can't say too much more than that on this forum, but I let the sport bowling people know that I was having trouble with it.

It has been posted here....it is not recommended to have the machine changing speeds as these butchered PBA sport patterns call for.

You need to make the speeds go as all other programs 10/14/18/22/26/30

Do not allow them to jump around

I would be manually adjusting the values so the machine hits each lane square....and mine was catching on the large rear red guide wheels.....you can move those in for more clearance on foul light covers if needed

I have had one of the very first Walkers and also about the 3rd Kustodian Walker out in the field. I cannot say enough about it. It sure does make life easier even though we still have some bitchin scores have been thru the roof!

I just wanted to update anybody who was interested: We switched cleaners to Defense-C almost 2 months ago and have gone to a 7:1 dilution ratio! almost double what we had with Formula ACC! Bud from Kegel informed me that ACC can deteriorate the cleaner pump tubing prematurely. I did some tinkering with the "Main Street" program for our house pattern. The scores have been good so far. I even had one customer say that "If the lane conditions were like this for fall league everybody's scores could could be through the roof!" And the machine works flawlessly now that our approaches have been resurfaced. I don't think it has stalled on me in a couple of weeks! I spend 2 hours every morning getting real work done now! I can't say enough good things about this machine, and the fact AMF finally purchased one for MY center!

    Aint that cool Mike.

I don't have a Walker as we weren't getting them when I got my Ion...but I wouldn't trade it for anything. This is a GREAT machine!!

Steve, You were the one who told me to have patience, you were right, and it finally got here. How many other guys have gotten a brand new in the box lane machine twice in less than six years?

    Not me. Probably never will...

That's not to say I'm not happy with my original walker; just wish it held more patterns.
