Accuscore+ & Instrucomat

Is there a way to disable the LIU on Accuscore+ from turning the pinspotters on in instructo-mat if the counter people accidently press Practice On instead of Pinspotter On so that the machines just run normal? I would disable instrucomat completely at the machines if it weren't for them running an eliminator during moonlight where the least pins bowled each shot is disqualified until the last man standing wins the jackpot money.

Short of replacing the "Lane A" boards with "Lane C" boards, I would just disable the Instructomat in the Chassis. If you need the Instructomat at a given time, you could just kill the Sweep switch on the BE control box.

Assuming you have Advantage, I believe there actually is a way to eliminate the instructomat command!

It's a trick that should work because the practice command defaults to the Lane On command for machines that don't support instructomat. Send me a PM with contact information. I'll talk you through the manual steps to change the appropriate data file and hang with you to make sure everything still works.

I think you just need to disconnect the ground wire from the managers control distribution box to the pinspotter frame (1 per 8 lanes).
