I have BOSS version 9.1, equipment install 2003. I have a lane pair whose monitors will not turn off from the front desk. Normally I reload the software into the hard drive and the problem will go away. I have now reloaded the software 3x with a server load complete message and cannot get the monitors to turn off. Had a brilliant idea, maybe I'll try the spare that has been sitting in a box since I bet 2005. I keep getting a server load falied on this hard drive. It says check communication and reset scorer. Is my reboot software on my floppy drive not working seeing I cannot get the first hard drive to shut the monitors off and it won't load into the second? Or am I missing something here?
