True MP chassis 8270 Boss scoring. weird problem

ive only been at this center for 2 months, not had a head mech here for about 4 years, so cant say how long problem been going on. all other mech are just pin chasers.

we run a tournament once a month, they bowl 6 games.

soon as 4th game starts the problem starts. not every frame but several times during the 4th 5th and 6th games. no problems during the first 3.

what happens throw ball, there a 3 to 5 sec delay before sweep starts, once sweep starts it just sweep away the spare. last month and this month on different lane, not sure how long this has been going on, but is a different lane every month only during this tournament.

i do no its not in the mp board, i marked chassis to see if it in there next month.

im really lost on this one. cant be a machine problem, not same machine every month, not mp board i swap that out during game ( then again only during 4thto 6th game.....dont have a clue) i look at chassis next month. ( how it be in there only in 4th 5th and 6th game will be more confusing...............but then again ive seen some strange things over the last 15 years.

so any body have a clue!

Try hooking up the cushion switch (assuming you have ball triggering plugged into the MI). Also, when it happens, can you push the reset button on the ball return and it cycle and score?

no ball triggers. as for pushing reset, never tried that.
still very confused on this issue.
