    Touch Desk 3? Anyone? Feedback would be awesome...

    Our POS and lane control system fried. We are set up to get a new system and was wondering if any of you folks are using touch desk 3...

    We are currently using Touch Desk 3. I have to say the system has worked wonderfully for us. We have had it installed since August and it has been great. We have 56 lanes and the management system has had no problems keeping up with the demands the large center has put on it. The integration with our Accuscore XL was very seamless and has enhanced the user experience at the front desk and in the back office. The ability to use CDE software to manage leagues and tournaments has been a real plus for us. Also, the support provided has been great. From my experience with Touch Desk 3 I would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade POS and back office systems.
