OK here is my problem that I have been dealing with for sometime, hope someone can help me out, I have a pair of lanes with a scoring problem. I have Brunswick AS90 scoring with model 86 ccd cameras which I replaced with a working one,changed out the I.O. Board,replaced the processor box with a new one,calibrated everything, saved the calibration, it scores properly on open bowling on both lanes and also scores correctly on league bowling then when we shut of the scoring consoles and turn them back on it scores but not correctly, I also noted that the yellow light is on but green light is not on where you plug camera tester in. Any ideas? Thanks a head of time.

Yellow SHOULD mean not calibrated,it should be green..
After calibrating pins and then pressing (cal-pins button it should say...cal-pins successful BUT...some are fussy so i pressed cal-pins 3x,if it accepted that's okay if not it's off somewhere and could be by a hair. i learned to do cal-pins 2-3x since 1x doesn't mean it's right.
After that's all accepted....go to processor,UNPLUG the small pronged power cable for oh...5 seconds. Plug it back in,wait for GREEN lights,should be 2-3. Unplug tester.
Now throw a GUTTER ball down the LEFT gutter (DO NOT knock down any pins),it should score ZERO,do same on right gutter,1 ball.
Should score fine now.
Just because it say's cal-pins successful doesn't always mean that from my AS 90 days.
IF it scores fine and comes back it's seeing something or missing a pin. Have had that happen too !
I have had some take me 2 hours to get it to align etc but then all good to go. Usually off in the back row or corner pins.Maddening !!
Be sure tops of pins on tester are level in boxes.
Are the camera relays good in console ?

Forgot an IMPORTANT thing. AFTER doing cal-pins...press the STORE cal-pins button or it will not store information then do what i said above. Duh...brain fart..lol.
If you don't store information it will not score correctly etc.Comment
