  • Frameworx fouling issue

I have 82-70's and Frameworx scoring. I am having a problem with one lane registering foul everytime a ball is thrown, but the other lane does not, the even lane is the one with the issue! Here is the kicker the foul system is not hooked up and the foul circut is disconnected from the ccd. I have changed the CCD, the amf interface and the Frameworx interface. Where do I go next? I'm loosing my mind it seems like!

you using a CCD processor box?

    That might be your culprit....

With 70's, the machine has a first ball foul, getting the 12 vac from the foul unit in the A&MC on terminals 7 and 8. Brunswick's AMF adaptor board takes that 12 volts and pulls in a relay. That relay closure is what gives the F'works the foul signal.

So, your machines do not go through a foul cycle when this happens, then the scoring is getting a short on the 3 conductor foul pick-up at the CCD input, but it could be down the line.

The only other hardware choices you have is the pinsetter controller box and the ribbon cable to the AMF adaptor damaged.

The 3 wire conductor is diconnected from the ccd processor I have disconnected the #7 and #8 terminals in the A&MC box and it still fouls. Once again our foul light system through the whole house is disconnected. There should be no reason for foul's..

Have you swapped the pinsetter control box with another pair?

              Good morning,
I have built a tester for the MP Chassis for the 82-70 machines. Instead of using the cam switches

              *sigh* Hello friends..

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
