We have Frameworks scoring and in the lane control section of the back office you can set how many seconds of pinsetter inactivity time before the pinsetter will turn off. Ours is set at 300 seconds (5 minutes), however it does not work. The lane will never turn off. Has anyone had this issue and were able to correct it?
