  • How to adjust brightness for overhead screens?

Does anyone know how to adjust brightness on overhead screens for Brunswick Vector Plus? The manual said to check the vendor instructions on the tv maker. We use Samsung tv screens. Some of ours are really dim when scoring grid is up. I tried using the remote control that came with them by trying to go into menu settings and turning it up but I can't get into that.

On our Samsung LCD screens, (using the remote) there is a setting called "Lamp Control".
We will have monitors reset from 100, back down to 0 randomly.

It may not happen for a day or two, or it may happen on a couple during the same day.
It seems to happen when the screens are first turned on (lane given out/advertising turned on).
