27" upper monitor #1 took a long time to show grids. --switched com lines between 1 & 2 (1's grid showed on 2 but 2 didn't show on 1)... --switched rgb board from 1 to 2 and 2 worked. --increased atenuator G2 on 1 and the tube would come on with grids. --put in rebuilt high voltage board in 1 and that didn't work, tube?? Any advice (besides flat screens) or know what the deal is??

What type of front desk do you have, video could be turned on with no signal if you have source command, also is lane assignment switch set right on color decode?

I think that it is a Brunswick, Source Control and I'm not familiar with the lane assignment switch... are they the dip switches on the input board in the upper monitors??

You think it's not powering up as quick as the other lane, or is there a color background show up with no grid for a bit?
If it's the former, I'd start at the 5 volts in the console. Then tweak the forms and characters on both lanes.
It's the signal strength from the console to the color decoder board that determines if the signal is present to turn on the 115 relay to the monitor.

          MP Chassis Tester

          Good morning,
I have built a tester for the MP Chassis for the 82-70 machines. Instead of using the cam switches
I am using relays. My question is to anyone that may...

          *sigh* Hello friends..

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
