We just got done doing a 1:1 rebuild on one of are even lanes and went up to bowl a few games on the pair to make sure everything is going to run smoothly when i noticed it was miss scoring so i got the scanner out and re calibrated the camera with no problems or i thought but it is sill miss scoring even with the successful calibration.
I have adjusted the 44/144 switch which seemed to help a little bit but it is still not scoring correctly
Make sure that it is on hi lobe of 0 degree switch when you reinstalled it, and verify your 44/144 adj by jogging machine till rake just gets all the way down w/o tripping rake.
Is it mis-scoring, or failing to score? If it's failing to score, check the molex connector at the 2BK solenoid box. That's where the lane cable plugs in to the pinsetter. These connectors take a lot of beating and abuse, and so does the cable from machine vibration. I've had to completely re-pin these connectors over the years because they get so beat up.
All so, If you do re-pin the connector, cut the end of the cable back about 6"-8", and start with fresh wire ends. This will eliminate a possible individual wire being broken just out of connector body.
