I have one pair of lanes that do not have TV but have scoring. When you try to put on the TV the overhead goes dark. All the other pairs work fine, but not this one pair. I know it is probably something easy, but I cannot think of what it is. Thanks for the help gentlemen. We have command network with 27" overheads and version 5.6 of software.

Possible a bad connection at the remote video PCB.
The TV video comes from the AV box at the counter
then dazy chains down through all the consoles then is finally terminated at the last pair of lanes.
So i would first check out the connections at the remote video PCB(it's the ones on the top side of the board)
If thay check out good then try another remote video board.
