Download bar after Clearnv

FRAMEWORX After I clearnv on all 16 lanes 3-4 and 7-8 will have the download bar on the upper monitors. At the front desk all other lanes will go successful yet these 2 pairs stay processing.. Reboot both pairs from back and after reboot they go successful at the front desk. Any ideas I have checked all connections on the PCB board..

I'd first see if the software versions on the consoles are all the same. Then i'd check the batteries on the motherboard. Then i'd trade one of the HDD with another pair to see if the problem moved with the HDD.

Check the the reset cable that connects to the upper RH side of the motherboard.
It plugs into two little pins on top of the motherboard then goes to the IO pcb these cables can go bad or lose connection.
At times I've found some of mine plugged in wrong where the connector missed one of the pins on the motherboard.
