No Communication to Lanes 25-28

Front desk can't communicate with lanes 25-28 Slave #4. Have replaced Video 3 and Ethernet boards. Still nothing. Called Brunswick and they can't figure it out either. On the Video 3 card we replaced the 25-26 worked and if we swapped the feeds to the card then 27-28 worked. Now neither pair can communicate with front desk. Help!!

Have you checked your cables?
Sounds like maybe one of the two, whichever you had the problem with first, might have a short in it, causing the video3 board problems.

There are usually 6 to 8 lanes / slave. Are there only 4 on this one and no lanes associated with it will comm? If there are other lanes, can you fully control them? How about the bumpers or monitor control with all lanes?

How many lanes are you running per Network hub? Are the lanes in question on the same hub together?

It sounds like he has 3 LGP's running 8 lanes each and one LGP running 4 lanes. I would unplug it and the network hub on the curtain wall and reboot everything. Also unplug and rep lug everything into the LGP.

Were you getting a LOADCOM line on the ERROR LOG statistic sheet for this? I am curious because I can communicate with lanes, but have lost a slave box in the communication link somehow.....
