Frameworx scores correctly but occasionally scores next bowler before bowling
Ok guys. I have a pair of lanes with frameworx scoring and bowltronics electronic triggering that sometimes will score the next bowler immediately without throwing the ball. Any help would be appreciated.Tags: None

I'd look at a couple things. The scorer is not supposed to reset to accept another ball detect until the machine reaches '0'. Then, alignment or defective ball detect can cause the scoring to be ready to count. If the machine is stopping at '0' and the '0' switch is fully switched, then loose wires on the '0' and the take data relay can cause the count. Trace the take data wires to the switch cluster and disconnect one of the wires. It'll be the 2 conductor tied into the 44/144.
If the bowl tronics is a dual output, it's providing ball detect. You could swap the auxilliary board with another unit.
I mentioned wires on the '0' - which may be the tab connector loose. If the wires cant be pulled out of the faston tab connectors, squeeze the connectors and slide them back on to the switch to amke sure they're all connected well.
The '0' switch itself can have oil in it from well intentioned folks and need replaced..

This post is not an unpaid promotion of my business.

Thanks guys for the input. I will take a look tomorrow when I get to work. The bowltronic triggering serves as ball detect and has take data built into it. I will look at all things you mentioned.

I had a 4:1 go bad and I've never seen or done one before. Trying to search the depths of the forums, YouTube videos, it didn't seem too bad....

Left a rant about this in the bowling forum…
