Hi all,
I have lost the network connection between my bowling lanes and my front desk computer. I have tried everything in the installation menu to re-install and reconnect but I still have no connection. Everything was working prior to the bowling connection cable (ethernet cable) being removed to supply temporary internet to the front desk computer, but after I reconnected the bowling connection cable (ethernet cord) back into the ethernet port I lost the connection to the lanes and scoring. I'm not sure how to fix it.
The monitors at the lanes have the small computer screen with a cross through in the top left corner suggesting no network connect but I cant figure out how to get it back. I am using Comscore 3.0
Any Help would be much appreciated!
