League recap sheets

Can anybody tell me how to get the handicap to show up on my recap sheets?

The handicaps are showing up on the screens, not the recap sheets?

Yes, they show up up the lanes but not when I print the recap sheets.

Have you tried printing to another printer? Could be an issue with the driver for the selected printer. Also, the "Page Setup" in IE affects the print layout. There might be something there that may have affected it if someone were to have changed a setting...but I doubt that.

Other than that I can't suggest anything else.

What is the setting for the handicap in the league? Specifically, in the "Handicaps" tab of the League Setup section, what selection have you chosen for "Basis of Team Handicap:"?? If you have it set to "Sum of Bowlers Handicap" then the handicaps should appear on the Recaps. However, if it is set to "Calculated from Teams Average" OR "Calculated as Difference of Team Averages" then I don't think it will show up on the Recaps even if it's on the screens.

Another possibility is in the "Auto Scoring" tab of the League Setup section. Under "Automatic Scoring Options" do you have "Start lanes with Names from Team's default lineup" selected? If not, then the handicaps will be affected on the recaps because it requires user input to calculate a total.

thanks Scott, the handicaps only show up if both teams get handicaps. Maybe they can do a update to change it so the handicaps will show up no matter what configuration you use.
