  • How much are Automatic Scoring systems going for these days?

Things have changed a lot since I was in this arena 25 years ago. We had one 386 computer running three screens/keyboard/grabbing a frame of video to count pins/ and some opto relays to sense fouls/and other opto relays to reset the pinsetters. If I remember right it we sold ProScor for about $2k a lane.

I'm thinking of writing a simple scoring system using Raspberry PIs, but if there is no profit to be made then it is not worth the time.
