Rivmike i noticed in the thread about capping paint you have the covers on your cameras. Do you think that holds in the heat affecting the voltage adjustment? I have never had mine on and I adjust the voltage a couple times a year on certain lanes. Not counting the upstairs that does not get used much during the summer and therefore gets no AC.

I do go through and blow off the boards once a month though.
Sometimes we have to do stuff to get by....Just go back and do it right when the "by" has passed!!

I have the covers on, (mine are the eye for each lane) I hold my hand over the eye and turn up the sensitivity pot until it sees false pins and then turn it back 3 1/2 turns. Regular adj. wants it to be around 2 turns down and that will drift up too high. The diagnostic test is 4-2-2 if lucky but most are 3-2-2. I removed 17 of 18 without any new issues with these adj.

If you have the camera with two eyes, the board has 3 dip swithes on the top right. If you switch the center one toward you it will be in diagnostics, how it sees (sorry forgot that you need to set the 7,8,9 left lane and the 8,9,10 on the right) then it will show the leds 4-2-2 if perfect 3-2-2 will score fine. Call me if this is'nt explained good enough. (920) 609-4674.

do you have one camera head with two lenses? I have 2 camera heads. Hopefully I am learning something new that will make my life a little easier.

I will have to check on Monday but I think that I have only one lens on each head.

They have only one 8mm eye pointed toward each lane. Big square 11"x11" box. the single eye are smaller and have like a push button to get to the adj. Not real sure on the newer. Do you have a black metal target and a blue box that a meter needs to hook to.

Yes I have the black metal target and the blue box and everything else sounds the same. I was told the only way too get a good picture was to use an oscilloscope. You can line it up with the target and get the voltage with the blue box. Beyond that I have no clue.
