Have a few lanes where if you turn on 19, 16 would come on, if you turn on 17, 19 would come on, but never could get 20 to come on, we have qubica conqueour pro and all the chassis have the proper address. thinking some thing in the computer but cant find it

That's strange, if the rdb/vdb/3QT is addressed correctly it should work fine. Have you tried uploading the programs with an erase memory to the pairs affected?
