What version of cameras do you have, M, T, or Q vision? Did this just start happening or has it been going on for awhile? How are the reference dots?

the referance dots are right on the head of the pins where it should be... and we are using q vision

I have Q Vision cameras and have not had this issue with blacklights. Well besides it being a problem with the blacklights, if the camera dots are correct there is one other adjustment on the camera you can check. On the Q Vision camera the aperature setting is supposed to be set so it is automatic and I believe this is set by turning the screw on the top of the camera all the way counter clockwise. Other than that I don't think there are any other camera adjustments, but I can't find the Q vision manual so I'm not completely sure, hopefully somebody will see this and add to it if there are.

or at a push set it extra bright in daylight, then it will allow more light in in the blacklight, so long as it still scores correctly in daylight have it as bright as you can, try it on one pair and see how it goes

I would suggest buying Brunswicks 3 lamp deck light set-up. The fixture uses one white lamp and two black light lamps, thus making the blacklight brighter. I have them in our cosmic room and have no issues

or you can purchase a black light that have bl instead using the purple black lights that have blb at the end of the light discreption the bl lights are a brighter of a black light. This will help from regular light to black lights

Hook up a $35 IR night camera and you'll not need any pit lights.

In fact, I suspect you wouldn't even use the camera, just mount the IR camera in front of the existing camera and power it up. The IR emiters will be on.
                    Here is a camera supplier:
This CCTV ir day night camera can capture video in darkness mode up to 66ft away with 24 built in IR LEDs, it is weatherproof , can be used both indoor and outdoor.
