Scoring not switching to second ball

i have 82 70's with Q-Vision + F-box
Machine will not switch too second ball only if you throw a gutter. If you get a pin count the machine works fine. So what this does is that it throws the machine out of cycle and messes up the sequence of the bowlers. But again as long as they don't throw a gutter on first ball the scoring works fine.
I've changed the VDB, F-box, camera board, camera,and both sensors. ive copied the parameters from another lane to this lane. it only happens on lane 24. lane 23 works fine. any idea would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I have it fixed now there was a wire coming out of the f-box to the wire channel that got disconnected some how

Probably the wires at the 4th set of teriminals (J4 or J3) which goes to ground and C2A 212. This will flip the machine over to 2nd ball on a gutter

So that is the flip to second ball on a gutter with no cycle feature....interesting.
