Lanes 1/2 (end of the chain) have decided that we cannot decide what color the welcome screen will be and nor the scoring color. It will not let us manually enter it either. Funny thing is this, it started right after I had to swap a chassis on 3/4. Qubica says its a VDB (1400 bucks) and we have decided to just deal with it for now.
Just wondering if anyone has been here before and knew of something else to try or possibly a mistake I have made or overlooked..
I have had this problem with alot of vdbs. The problem is the VDB. It should not be 1400 dollars, you get a core on the damaged one you return back to AMF. I think the core is $600 per VDB.

Just had the same problem with, strangely enough, lanes 1/2. Turned out the problem was hard drive damage to the sector with the images and animations. VDB was repaired - not replaced. Don't know what the cost was it that recent we haven't been invoiced yet.
