Scoring issues...

Hey guys.... Well i have one of my lanes is not scoring correctly at all , i have done everything that i could possibly know of from camera adjustments , to making sure the screws are tight, wiped down the reflectors and camera lens with a dry rag. What it will do is give people strikes when they have 8 or 9 pins left. spares when they dont get them ... Now last night i put three names on the board , and i bowled all three. The issue stopped on the third person 4th frame.... Anyone have any type of ideas of what in the world could be the problem ???? please help . Thanks. Mike

Swap the Camera board with a known working lane. If problem move then that is your issue. I believe when i had this issue before, when you did a last image when it miss scored the image was blacked out. We found it was the camera board.

Next time it miss scores before next ball is thrown, do a last image and look to see what the camera saw.

As Woody mentioned...do a "last" to see what the camera saw. Odds are you will see the rake board blocking pins...
