power outage

well everyone we had a 4 hour power outage last night and when i fired up all the machines today and turned them on 1 pair didn't come on..as i diagnosed i saw this :i could manually turn on machine from rear and cycle everything fine.. when i turned lane on at front desk score sheet came up and balls going down lane would not trip sweep nor did the lanes turn on.i reset the vdb board and still nothing.i noticed the led's on the 6 box are not lit anywhere..under the camera it seems all the lights are properly lit. i know its vague but any help would be appreciated..basically not communicating with front counter and no power to switch box. thanks to all for replies..

If all the cables are fine and since nothing lights up on the 6 box I think I would start by swapping it with a known good one on another pair and at least check the connections between the vdb and 6 box.

Check the t-vision board and see if the little dots are blinking on the LED display for both lanes (its in one of the corners), if not reboot VDB again. Then I would try to resend the program. The only led you would see on the 6 box would be the one that lights up to call for the machines to turn on, so its not a suprise that you dont see anything if you just walked out back and looked.

What is the display on the tvision doing if you go wave you hand thru both ball detectors?

sorry for the long delay..another snow storm today...when i got to the center i pulled the black red white green out of the board under the camera and reset the vdb and everything magically worked..thanks for all the input..back to work i go .. thanks everybody.
