  • Auto off spot with Steltronic and 82-90xl

    HI

Does anybody know if it's possibly to have an Auto off-spot function with this setup ?

    Steltronic Wins 6.2.0
    Amf 82-90xl

When i pull out the Steltronic interface on the chassis, i have the Auto off-spot function, but can't see any options in Wins where
    i can change it....

Guido or someone else in Steltronic Tech Support will have to tell you a password to get into 'advanced parameters' on the Dr. screen of that pair. This is where one changes some settings, including getting 2nd ballsignal through the scoring cable vs a wire to the mask bulb. Maybe he'll send you a PM with the instructions.

We need to know the current version of your firmware in the API?
Please click the Doctor icon at the bottom of the WINS software, then click the gold box icon for the pair of lanes with the problem, then let us know that the version of "E-PROM" software is stated in the center of the screen.

                Thanks,

For the Auto off-spot feature to work properly in the API, you need to verify that firmware version "FE" is installed.

Once you have verified that version FE is installed, you can change parameter 1FH to = 16, because if parameter 1FH is set to 0, this means the Auto off-spot is disabled.
After the parameter is changed to 16, (this will enable the auto off-spot feature), reboot the Super Elex, and then check to see if the problem has been solved. You may also need to reset the API, and you can use the reset button on the side of the API box, or removing power to the API is also the same result.

                    Thanks...

Ask them for a firmware update for the API. You'll store it on the server, then send it to the APIs.
