This is the first time I've used Steltronic and have a little query.
We have PinCam and Focus front desk, now, we used to be able to look at historical games and recall the pincam image for them, which could be useful if trying to identify a scoring issue, we could also view the pincam image for any ball on a current active lane.
However, over the past week, the option to view on the current active lane is greyed out and we cannot click it. Additionally, we also cannot recall the image for any games recently bowled.
Is there a cause of this? I am unsure where to start looking as this feature can be very useful
Have you checked to see if the PinCamClient software is set to save images? You need to open the pincamclient software and check this box called "Log Enabled" for each of the PinCam cameras.
See the attached image for instructions.
Hi Jim. I found the pincam client software but haven't had a time to look properly yet, as I am waiting to have no lanes in use before I look at any settings. However, the feature became available again today, but nothing has been changed on our system?

Kind of digging into an ancient post, but inspect your pin cam wires in through the subway. We had this issue on 2 pairs of lanes and both occasions were caused by the balls smashing the wiring. It was the exact symptoms you speak of. Once in a while, they would work while the feature wasn't available at other times. After the first pair had the issue, we inspected all of our lanes and found the other pair that had the problem. It was a struggle to see the wiring at first, so I had to pull up our subway caps leading up to the camera (but not the one with the camera attached on top of it) to get a good look at where they routed the wiring. If this doesn't help you out, Phil, then here's to hoping this may spare someone else of the headaches associated with this issue.
Good morning, I have built a tester for the MP Chassis for the 82-70 machines. Instead of using the cam switches I am using relays. My question is to anyone that may...
Is anyone running the solderless relays on the accelerators? How do you like them? What brand? How difficult to convert was it? Would love the feed back as I'm about to switch...
Working...
