Its a pain to get those screws lined up. I used a magnetic bit to help control the screws. it can be done, frustrating though

    Kustodian Ion Drive Motor Removal

Having a little issue. I removed the 2 top screws of the drive motor on our Ion so i could access the bottom brush to blow out the motor/replace the brushes and now I can't get the screws to tighten - the screws aren't finding the threaded holes for some reason. Anyway I figured it may be easier to take the motor out to do this but I've never had one out on this machine before. What is the easiest way to get it out? Or if you have a solution for the screw tightening that would be great too. Thank you!
