  • Duster wind up problem

I'm having a problem with my Kustodian+ machine. Most of the time when I have done the lanes, I notice the cloth did not wind up all the way. It's always on the right side of machine only. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem and how you fixed it.

On my se and ac machines one of the up swithes will stop the duster too soon. Does it do it right after the duster change or all the time? if right away duster wound crooked, if all the time adj. switches. Mine have the lever that you can bend a tick.

Check to see that the cushion roller is not hitting the switches.....and check the switches for proper operation and adjustment

Was doing maintenance on machine and noticed the set screw on the right side the nut was loose and the screw had turned in so the screws were hitting their micro-switches at different times causing cloth not to wind up all the way. Thanks guys for the help.

          *sigh* Hello friends..

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.
