Check all the rest of the fuses? What colors are the lights blinking on the speed control board? (the color and speed of the blinking will tell you certain things.

When is the last time you took brushes out of motor and cleaned it? Did the fuse blow again? After changing fuse and still no motor, did you check for voltage at the plug to the motor?

The motor is probably filthy. if you feel comfortable taking it apart to clean it out, go for it. Or take it in to an electric motor shop to have it cleaned out and checked out.

At what thickness do you replace the clutch face.
Is there a minimum dimension from the clutch face to the rivet.

            Thanks...
