We recently change out our buffer brush and transfer brush assembly on our kustodian ion. I have taped our lanes a couple times since doing it but recently noticed a problem. Its on numerous patterns so i know its a machine problem not a pattern issue. I have recently taped our house shot, boardwalk, and winding road and all of them are showing quite a bit less oil outside 8 on the left and right sides that was there last week. So much less that they all have under 3 units of oil at 22 feet on the 2 board. Any thoughts on what this could be. The crush is adjusted correct, the machine is cleaning great, everything seems to be alright but i know something is wrong. Any thoughts?

Do a volume test and make sure the pump setting has not been changed. You didn't say if the middle board readings were lower, but this is where you should start. I would check the filter in the oil tank, if these get full or lint they will restrict oil flow, most of the time they will be sucked flat when they are real dirty.
